how and when your order will reach you.

PROCESSING TIME

All AETHRON products are printed on demand. After 
your order is placed:

- **Order confirmation:** Within 1 hour of payment
- **Production:** 2-5 business days
- **Quality check:** Within production timeline
- **Dispatch:** 4-6 business days after order placement

Business days exclude Sundays and Indian public holidays.

SHIPPING TIMELINES

After dispatch, delivery times across India:

- **Metro cities** (Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, 
  Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata): 3-5 business 
  days
- **Tier 2 cities:** 4-6 business days
- **Tier 3 cities and remote areas:** 6-8 business 
  days
- **North East India and Andaman/Nicobar:** 7-10 
  business days

**Total time from order to delivery:** 6-10 business 
days for most pincodes.

SHIPPING CHARGES

- **Orders above ₹999:** FREE shipping anywhere in 
  India
- **Orders below ₹999:** Flat ₹60 shipping
- **No hidden charges or COD fees**

SHIPPING PARTNERS

We ship via reliable courier partners including 
Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, and others. The 
specific partner depends on your delivery pincode.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched:
- You will receive a tracking link via email and SMS
- You can track your order at any time
- For tracking issues, email hello@aethron.in with 
  your order number

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

- We currently ship within India only
- International shipping is not available at this 
  time
- We hope to expand globally in the future

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

- Couriers typically make 2-3 delivery attempts
- Please ensure someone is available at the 
  shipping address
- Provide a working phone number for delivery 
  coordination
- If the order is returned due to failed delivery 
  attempts, shipping costs are non-refundable

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

- Please double-check your shipping address before 
  placing an order
- We are not responsible for delays or losses due 
  to incorrect addresses
- If you spot an error, email hello@aethron.in 
  within 6 hours of order placement
- Address changes after dispatch are not possible

ORDER STATUS

You can check your order status by:
- Logging into your account at aethron.in
- Clicking the tracking link in your shipping email
- Emailing hello@aethron.in with your order number

DELIVERY DELAYS

While we work hard to deliver on time, occasional 
delays may happen due to:
- Weather conditions
- Strikes or transport disruptions
- High order volumes during sales
- Remote pincode logistics
- Public holidays

We'll keep you informed of any significant delays 
via email.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged:

1. Email hello@aethron.in within 48 hours of 
   expected delivery
2. Include your order number and photos (for 
   damages)
3. We'll investigate with the courier and resolve 
   within 5-7 business days
4. Defective deliveries are eligible for refund 
   or reshipment

PAYMENT BEFORE SHIPPING

All orders require advance payment via Razorpay. 
We do not currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
