RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Thank you for shopping with AETHRON.

We want you to love every Aethron tee. Because every 
product is made-to-order specifically for you, our 
return policy has specific terms. Please read carefully.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery 
if any of the following apply:

1. **Manufacturing Defect:** Print is damaged, faded, 
   peeling, or has visible flaws.
2. **Incorrect Item:** You received a different size, 
   design, or color than what you ordered.
3. **Damaged in Transit:** Shipping damage that affects 
   the product.

To be eligible:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original 
  packaging
- Original tags must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation 
  email) is required
- Clear photos of the defect/issue must be shared 
  via email

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following are NOT eligible for return:

- **Size issues** — Please refer to our size guide 
  before ordering. Custom-printed apparel cannot be 
  resold, so we cannot accept size-related returns.
- **Change of mind** — Since each item is printed 
  on demand for you, we cannot accept returns for 
  preference reasons.
- **Items damaged after wash/wear**
- **Items returned without prior approval**
- **Discounted or sale items** (unless defective)

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

1. Email us at **hello@aethron.in** within 7 days of 
   delivery
2. Include:
   - Your order number
   - Reason for return
   - Clear photos of the issue (for defects)
3. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with 
   next steps
4. Once approved, ship the item to the address we 
   provide
5. Return shipping is covered by AETHRON for 
   confirmed defects or wrong items
6. For other approved returns, customer covers 
   return shipping

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business 
  days
- Refund will be credited to your original payment 
  method
- Bank processing may take additional 3-5 business 
  days
- You will receive an email confirmation when the 
  refund is initiated

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you 
need a different size or design:

1. Request a return per the policy above
2. Once your refund is processed, place a new order

This ensures faster fulfillment and clearer tracking.

CANCELLATIONS

- Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement
- After 6 hours, production has typically started 
  and cancellation is not possible
- To cancel, email hello@aethron.in immediately with 
  your order number

ORDER ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you 
notice any issue:

1. Email **hello@aethron.in** within 48 hours of 
   delivery
2. Include order number and clear photos
3. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right
